Founder of Le Bal des Créateurs, Christophe Durand brings 35 years of experience at the crossroads of beauty, fashion, and luxury. A celebrated hairstylist and make-up artist, his creative vision has earned the trust of leading brands such as Bourjois, Zenith, Tag Heuer, Hermes, Prada, Victorinox, Schwarzkopf, L’Oréal, Chanel, and Chopard.

Throughout his career, he has worked with iconic celebrities including Cate Blanchett, Diane Keaton, Isabelle Huppert, Pierre Niney, Tiger Woods, Matteo Bocelli, and Emmanuelle Seigner.

From orchestrating runway shows for Thierry Mugler, Kenzo, and Paul Smith to founding Parallèles — one of Geneva’s most respected salons — his journey has been defined by bold ideas and lasting impact. He is also the creator of ICÔN, a magazine of visual culture that set new standards in editorial expression, and has produced events that brought together thousands — some in support of building orphanages in Calcutta.

In 2011, Christophe founded Le Bal des Créateurs — a multidisciplinary space for hairdressing, art, and fashion, located in the heart of Geneva’s cultural district. Today, it is home to a team of 30 passionate creatives, united by a shared vision of beauty and craft.
